We had new kitchen counter tops installed in April this year, and in trying to get any follow up from this company, Dream Works, has been has been useless. After only 8 months, the main large island counter top developed an 8 inch long crack, and the company has refused to call us back this entire week. I would think that at least some return contact would appropriate. We are disappointed in their at this point.

This company is just amazing! I highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for new countertops. I was nervous about this process and they made it so easy. Everyone was very responsive, competent, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. John Ryan was our salesman. He was very patient with us as we were making our choices. Simply the Best!! The highest compliment I could pay the America's Home Dreamworks Team would be that they treated my home like it was their own if not better in every way. The collaboration from functional design to technical specifications through to execution was seamlessly executed. Found this company through Costco (costco doesn't vet these vendors anymore or provide any assurances that work will be quality). Sorry but this is not worth it. They send someone out to give an estimate but they never even provided an estimate or reviewed actual materials. It was a total sham of our time... somehow the guy came up with a number out of thin air of $15k-20k for kitchen countertops without locking in any actual specs or materials, options, etc.. Throughout the process starting on 7/26 when Alex came to our home to give a quote for our kitchen countertop replacement everyone involved was knowledgeable and professional. We drove to the ADH showroom the next day to see choices displayed in full size slabs. Although ADH was not the low bid for our project, we chose to sign a contract because many of the questions concerning the process and choices were not answered fully by other contractors. We needed a repair due to a surprise leak in our kitchen island. We vetted many contractors and felt America's Dream HomeWorks was the company to trust. They expedited our repair since we were left only with 2x4's to support our island after water mitigation services demolished the island. We are beyond pleased with our new kitchen island!!! Overall a very good outfit. We wanted to upgrade our counters before selling and we had Michael Florence come out to do the measurement. He is very knowledgeable and put together a very competitive package based on using "remnants". I visited their showroom and it was done well with full sized samples against the wall. I also met one of the owners (David). He has grown up with the business. I personally like such businesses where the owner is involved and knows that every project counts. American Dream HomeWorks really has the dream team. Starting with the sales person at Costco, Vera in charge of scheduling/coordinating, then their at-home representative Justin, Vlad who took the measurements, Nick and his assistant took care of the demolition and installation all in one day. The end result is perfect new countertops. Affordable, fast, great quality, beautiful.

Going to this store was a waste of time. Their displays are old, and the materials look cheap. There is a security guard in the gated parking lot. Their bathrooms are clean. This is the only good thing I can say about this place.
