Ireally like how they listen, ask you what are your expectations are,and give you all the imformation that you need and what is expected of you. They let you make your own decision after they explain all the steps and very polite and understanding of you. I am old and can't hear well and they took their time to make sure I understood everything. Thyey gave me all of their names and numbers if i had any questions all i had to do was called. I really appericiate all of them.
