I am satisfied with the job that Americor is doing with my account. I feel like the percentage of relief could be a little higher than what it is but all in all I am satisfied with the way things are going

We are still working through a few negotiations but so far they have been fantastic all the way around! Quick responding, always available for questions, fast-moving, everything you can ask for when trying to get clear of past debt.
I am new to the process however, everyone that I have dealt with has been very friendly, helpful and patient. Its a lot of information to process and to get everything set up. Everything so far has been explained every step of the way. There are information emails that are sent regularly to help answer any questions or concerns that may arise and there is always an invitation to contact them directly if desired.
So far everything has gone smoothly seems to be no hidden issues and they are very open and willing to help in anyway. All my questions and concerns have been addressed in a timely manner
