I appreciated very much my original register person. Since then I’ve been a little disappointed. Although we have managed to settle all my debt but for 2. remaining it has been a tumultuous relationship . It’s sometimes hard to get a hold of my spokesperson and they don’t always have answers. Maybe it’s just the process. The bills are being settled which is the desired outcome.

Well, there are some aspects i was not aware of. After settlement there was yet another renegotiated settlement. But it did save me as much if not a little bit more.
I like the personal touch used by my agent and other representativ. I especially welcomed the reassurances that I'm not the only person experiencing hardship. The approval process was painless and quite efficient.
This company has changed my life for the better in so many ways. I feel so much less stressed every day, and support is always always available quickly. Any questions are answered promptly and with courtesy and caring. I have felt so alone in this time of financial hardship, but now I feel like I have a whole team lining up to help.
