Contacted them for info, and my consultasnt, Heather, was absolutely amazing. She spent time explaining the program, going over the financial info, and projected timeline. She answered every question I had in detail. She made what could have been an anxiety creating moment into one of hope. Great customer service skill, great energy the only rep I will rather deal with
I was looking for a way out of my credit card debt. I live on a fixed income and when everything shut down for COVID I went a little crazy. I was locked in my apartment with my cell phone, my tablet, and my credit cards. I'm old enough to know better but it just happened. Before I knew it my cards were maxed and even making larger payments was not helping. Then American answered my call for help. It is okay I guess. I don't feel that I was informed fully on the process. But the customer service is very nice. Can't wait for it to be over. I feel like I'm drowning and feel more stressed.
