Very good customer service. They handled all my debts with care and consideration. The chat is not so helpful, but every time I talked to a human agent, I felt better about my situation. I do recommend americor to others to clear long standing debts.

I can’t give you five stars, because no matter how well you did, and you did do very well, it’s a terrible experience to have to go through. My account rep was very good and very professional. My only complaint was with the welcome I had to sit through with the next employee. I was exhausted after going through everything and to have to listen to it. Rehashed was a little too much plus the woman knew that it was a little too much so she spoke so fast that I couldn’t understand a word she said I haven’t done anything yet, so ... read more
