I had the best experience working with Americor. They broke down everything in the beginning so there were no surprises.
I did recommend a friend to Americor and she went with them. I can't remember the girl's name, but I usually talk to her and she, she's very understanding. She talks to me and she explains things to me as far as you know that this is going to go into effect. She's a very pleasant person to deal with. My request was professionally handled. I was to the point of being provided with templates, not just describing how best to respond to creditors. I was given an e-mail template that acts as the best way to write those emails while responding and that helped a lot.
So the first person that I dealt with was very personable, and attentive. The person who offered me the loan that was a little abrasive. I just felt that they were trying to do their job, but they were a kind of short with me about it. And I know someone that works for Americor and it's a big money-making venture. So they're on commission and all that kind of stuff. So I felt that the the second lady was a bit pushy.
The customer relations people we speak to are very helpful. They ease your mind, when everything is a mess and you need someone to understand your situation.
Kevin, my specialist, was complete and throwing all of his information and a good guiding force and full information that I needed to understand from A through Z, and he did that for me. So far they're using the money that I'm able to put away that they can utilize for my bills and consolidation.
sarah was very helpful in explaining the process and ensured all was clear throughout the entire call. seems too good to be true but time will tell.

The first person I worked with was very nice and left me her contact so I could get back to her directly. I'm paying a lower monthly amount of money, and then I have tried a loan to be paid off, and that's going to be finished in three years. So I believe that's pretty good.
