I like Americor taking their time to make sure clients understand how this whole program works.
I was struck with having my daughter pass away and being on disability I was just getting by paying all my debts each month and now I had the expense of having to take care of arrangements for my daughter, and being the caregiver for her teenage son. I liked the people that were working with me, I just decided to go another way
They are extremely thorough and very professional. They also are informative and helpful to make sure that you understand what to expect and make sure you understand what is happening and with whom they are working on my behalf. All the while they are doing all these things they are very friendly.
Customer service was on point they are such a God send still got a bit to go but I'm grateful !

Had a big misunderstanding early on. They corrected it immediately and took care of things quickly and courteously. Signed up a couple of months ago and so far I’m having a good experience.
