It's excellent. They will guide you right. The guy was awesome, he seemed to be very knowledgeable about what we've been doing and the questions I had he was able to answer right away, so it was a very good conversation. They took care of business, so they were very good.
They did a great job getting my accounts settled. They made sure that the payment plans were affordable for me based off the one monthly payment I made to the account I had for them. All the money stays in your name and control. At no point do you lose control of your money. They also have terrific customer service. Each time I called in, (which was usually for clarification purposes or something that wasn't their fault) I was always treated like a human being and not just another call.
