I've been in the program since August of 23. So almost 8 months and just had my first account closed. I knew it would be a lengthy process but when I started this was told it usually only takes 2 to 3 months for the first account to close. Just a little inpatient.
My first time with this Co. However their presentation is excellent It covers all aspects of my concern.
Reps gave concise information about the inner workings of the program while maintaining an air of professionalism.
So far everything has been excellent. We are just in the beginning process. So it does remain to be seen. Everyone especially Ms Connors has made it a pleasant experience. I just wish I had not feared this process and found this earlier.
