Absolutely wonderful customer skills. To them it is not strictly a job but they actually care and are as thorough in their explanations. EXTREMELY patient. Great teamwork so you have to consider the whole business was that efficient...it was not singled out to one person only. By the time I was done, my spirit was elevated.
