It is finally starting to pay down debt with 2 out of 4 creditors reaching settlement. It gives me hope for the two left to settle. It takes time to get enough money in the savings account to negotiate with. Americor has been helpful and flexible to my unique needs when I have encountered unexpected financial hardships. Each person who I have worked with has been professional. Where I have used the online communication feature I have less success and this is where I find it more challenging to work with on a few occassions.

Everyone has been very helpful at Americor. The staff has been very kind and helped me thru the process. They have answered all of my questions and been supportive when things felt bleak! I have been in the program for about 7 months and all but one of my creditors have been successfully negotiated and I am close to the finish line!!
