I was not able to reach most people when I needed questions answered. The only person I was able to reach was the person I spoke to the first time and his name was Eda and he was wonderful. He had to ask questions to answer to his supervisors to be able to answer my questions.
What I like most about this company is that no matter who I speak with in Customer Service, they are always patient, they allow me to finish what I am saying and always respond professionally. Each individual is very knowledgeable about the program, and consistent information is provided. Very informative and jeeps me in the loop
Michael R was awesome! He was a wealth of information in regards to my credit position, and told it to me straight. Mike was great in finding the right solution for my debt consolidation, clearly explained what the program entailed, and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. I would highly suggest contacting Americor if you are in need of help getting your debt consolidated and paid off!
