A tech came out, refilled the tank, determined there was a leak, and said that someone would be put to fix it. Almost a week later we called and found out that there was no order. We followed up with them again and they informed us it would take 7-14 days for a tech to arrive. Apparently, it was in the system that the leak was fixed. They really do not have their stuff together. There is no reason it has been a month later, and I still don't have any heat in my house.
As a new Customer I am not happy with the service i have received with this company. I was told that they would be checking our propane tank to make sure that everything was good, and to be filled up. They sent someone they filled it up but DID NOT CHECK THE TANK for any problems. I had to call them again because we was having problems getting our fire place to work, they was supposed to send someone out to check it but all they did was sit in the truck as i was outside waiting to talk to someone. Pitiful company. Would not bring my elderly aunt propane. And she had already paid them one thousand dollars for it. We told them refund her money or go to court, And we switched companies.
I have read a lot of the below reviews and they are all likely true to the letter and they sound very much like a match to my own experience! absolute worst. They have missed their deliveries 100% and want to charge emergency fee and a service visit if you run out after they miss their dates 2X. Now they say they delivered 4 gallons and tank is full. Gauge is on 35% and going down . Customer service has been subbed out to a foreign country and its impossible to resolve a problem. Go with somebody else
Horrible company doesn’t even start to say how bad they are . When you call you get someone in the Philippines and they can’t transfer you or help you only put a note in your account. I called and told them do not fill my tank I am changing companies they filled anyway and charged me . We have not ordered gas form this company in over 2 years, but every2-3 months we are being billed for gas. When I called the customer services, it always a different explanation. Several times the person says we are being charged for gas we used in the last 2-3 months. We have a tank installed 1958 that does not have unground gas connections. If there was zero stars I’d put it. The worst company ever since they closed all local facilities. You can not speak to an American you get sent to call center in a foreign country and they have zero clue, then they time you out and hang up. I’ve spent hours trying to get a delivery now I’m spending hours trying to get my bill corrected so I can pay it. Pretty bad when you can’t pay your bill you. Only good person was the driver
This Company is crooked! I sold my home on 8/14/23 & I had 68% of my propane left & was supposed to get a $856.46 refund. I have not received that refund. Shortly after moving I received a bill for $230, they said I missed May's payment (I was on a 4 month breakdown plan) I did not miss May's payment.
