This company continues to send me bills for services when I do not have any account with AmeriGas. The company has NO CUSTOMER service you can speak with . only a third party company they hired in the Philippines and one in India that has NO authority to act for AmeriGas. You can not reach any person at the actual company EVER ! This company is to be avoided at all costs !!
Id give it a minus if possible what a run around promised a monitor installed with becoming a customer its been months signed up 8/26/24 its now 11/14/24 and nothing they are a scam avoid this company
This company is the worst. You can never get to a supervisor to try and resolve anything. They constantly tell you they are sorry yet do nothing. Do Not use this company for propane! They are a $1.50/ gallon higher then other companies and they will gaff you to the tune of over $400 when you figure it out how much they are overcharging! **************** was rude as well! Just dont do it!
Worst service ever! They automatically enroll you in the AmeriLock program for $119. If you cancel it its $150 fee, then you have to pay $36 monthly late fees until you pay $119 for a program you dont want!! My friend owns their tank and shops around, he let me know last winter that Amerigas had their propane for less then $2/gal, I went to order propane and had to pay 3 times the amount he did cause Im in the amerilock program and they wont adjust the prices lower if it goes down. We had a gas leak in August of this year and alerted amerigas. They said we were out of gas which we said had never occurred in 20 years but accepted their expert advice and they filled up the tank 100% when we requested 50%. 4 days later the gas is leaking and the meter is down to reading 0%. They come back and say its the ****** our responsibility. Please, if you are a residential customer, avoid this ********************** at all costs!!! They could be the worst company Ive dealt with in my entire adult life. Missed or lost orders are not only common but standard. **************** is all overseas (***********) so getting someone who speaks English well, or even marginally effective is impossible. Expect to be put on hold for 30, 40 minutes or longer and disconnected more often than not. STAY AWAY!!!
AmeriGas was so hard to connect with the last 2 times called I was on hold for over 45 minutes. they would not work with me with billing questions. I would never refer them .
Terrible on all levels. Id give zero stars if I could.
