Never will do business again with Amerigas. I called to have my tank filled with promotional fee of $1.79 per gallon. I stated to her that I do not want any extra fees and she said there will not be any. I also inquired about how to get my money back if my tank did not use all that much propane, she said I could call and get a refund once the propane was delivered. WORST COMPANY TO COMMUNICATE WITH ON BILLING.AS LONG AS YOU'RE PAYING, ALL GOOD. HAVE A PROBLEM,,,,,,, WELL THAT'S A PROBLEM!!!! THEY ARE BILLING ME TWICE FOR SOMETHING I NEVER WANTED, BUT I PAID JUST TO GET PAST ALL THIS. NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO BILL ME AGAIN FOR EVEN MORE!!!! AND KEEP ADDING INTEREST TO A BILL I DON'T EVEN OWE!!! THEY ARE NOT MY PROPANE COMPANY, BUT THEY KEEP SENDING ME BILLS!!! THEY ARE NOT GETTING NO MORE MONEY FROM ME!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP
My propane pressure was low so they sent out a tech to test it and yes the pressure regulator was bad. The tech replaced it because it was well within warranty (2 years into a 5 year warranty term) and told me I wasn't going to be charged because it was a warranty replacement. 5 months later I get a bill stating I owe almost $300 for the service call and "low pressure concern". No, I don't owe this bill. It was caused by their faulty equipment. This is for a service location in Pahrump, NV.
This people rip you off,first your order new service then they lied to you and hit you with thousand of dollars on fraudalent charges do not give your credit card information they take money out of your bank account whit out your authorization first they hit me with $200.00 invoice then a week later charge $1070.00 in installation with out even quote you a price,then hit me again with another invoice this time of $1552.00 their techs lie to you and misleading you to enter into a contract installation in service that never be... read more
Our propane tank might have a bad regulator and we have not had hot water for 3 days. We have called 3 times and each time this problem has been escalated. We STILL HAVE NOT received a call to get this fixed! It could be a clogged line, a break in the line underground or something serious and they WILL NOT come to fix it. I am about ready to begin legal action if this is not resolved today. Three days for a service call of this importance is unacceptable.
Complete and udder catastrophe dealing with these people. It's been 8 months and my account is still a disaster and when I call nobody knows anything and can't fix it. Now I am being charged late fees and other fees Because of their incompetence, I can't fix the problem because nobody on the other end at America's knows anything and cannot help. I filed a complaint some time ago but that didn't seem to do anything.
I rent 2 -500 gallon tanks from them , nothing is connected to them .this is the second time this has happened to me.they leaked gas,I called the company 3 times before I could understand the person I was speaking to,they sent out 2 trucks with 2 men,they keep putting patches repairs on 45year old tank and a 25 year old tanks . nothing is connected to them,just sitting there waiting for my generator which I just bought.they sent me a bill for 289.00 for service work on their tanks,I tried to call them all I get is ,no answer... read more
Amerigas this is my 2nd review. You stopped servicing your product so I ended my account. I requested you take your take away and it took months to get it out of here. The tank was 80% full. Now you say the tank was completely empty and the gage was broken!!! You want me to pay you 149$ for picking it up. I am beyond mad! You are stealing from me! Why would you feel the need to lie about this? Why did you go from a good company to this shamble of one.
Canceled service nearly 2 years ago. Cannot get them to collect tank. Instead they billed me for tank collection but never picked it up and filed the bill with a debt collector.
