Terrible Company. We called to see if we could increase our 120 gal tank to a larger one. The said they’d have to send someone out. He visited for a couple of minutes and we received a bill for $200.00. Our complaints were ignored. Costumer service Reps were difficult to understand and we never received an answer to our complaints. Please don’t use them.
Worst service. Had automatic delivery but still to constantly call to get gas or run out in the middle of winter. Close account in January and now in June I get charged a pick up fee. Mind you the tank sat in the yard for six months. A tank that Amerigas never delivered and has been used for 20 years and gone thru 3 has companies. Terrible service, more concerned about every penny they can charge you. If you have a choice always choose the other gas company and never amerigas.
I have been trying for 5 years to get them to pick up a tank we have been leasing. They just sent us a new contract- which we did not sign or authorize- saying we owned it. Of course if we own it then we have to pay for tank removal. Sneaky sneaky
WORST company to deal with. Have been trying to change name and bank account info and keep getting run around to call customer service and they give you a number, which is the same number you just called. Then was told to email the document showing I had POA for my mom and still have yet to receive a reply. Tried logging into my account and now I have been froze out and not receiving the email to "change password". Multiple times have tried to obtain information so that I can correct this account, but no one has bothered to ... read more
I would give this company a zero if it were possible. Don’t waste your time, peace of mind and $$. Locate another gas company if it all possible. I’ve spent countless hours trying to get my problem resolved. The customer support is HORRIBLE and I still have a tank in my back yard a year after closing out this account.
They are absolutely the worst supplier I have ever dealt with. They will not call you back, and you cannot talk to anyone except their customer service people. I would advise anyone to avoid doing business with them.
Absolutely horrible experience. In addition to price-gauging I believe this company engages in other illegal business practices. Hope the attorney general steps in soon to put a stop to them. After being in my home for over 1 year, the tank that was on my property when I purchased had been emptied for the final time. A company this poorly reviewed and incapable of providing services should NOT be allowed to exist. While their Executive are making millions, their customers are screaming with their lack of service. What gives? AmeriGas you should be ashamed of yourselves! Your customer service is the poorest quality imaginable! CEO Paul Ladner, do you even run this company? Apparently not. I would rate zero stars, if I could. I live in the Las Vegas area. AmeriGas close the location in Las Vegas. I have been so unhappy with the terrible customer service over the last couple of years. This company is price gouging they’re charging me $4.99 per gallon in their competitors are only charging $2.89 per gallon. I called on April 17,2023 to get a refund that I had in my account so I can close my account.
