Do not use this company!Set up a 3 year committment on a tank rental that was already on property. First time we asked them to service account, they locked our tank because it needed updates. We complied with a $125 fireplace ball value, then they returned and said it still was not working properly, needed more work. We never used propane again, but continued to pay for rental agreement incase of emergency.in 2022 we requested they remove tank, called and placed numerous orders on line. June 12, 2024 Dear To Whom It May *************** Number: On January 21, 2024, ********************** delivery worker accidentally overfilled my tank by 679 gallons. He wrote his name on the back of the ticket, so everyone knows who he was. I contacted AmeriGas, and they declined to come out and retrieve the excess gas. They assured me that they wont charge me for the accident and documented it in their system. Additionally, I discovered that AmeriGas was overcharging me. Billing system cannot be trusted and customer service is terrible on helping resolve issues. We have written President of company to see if they can earn back our trust after being with them for over 20 years

I'd give this ZERO but not an option. We cancelled our account in 2021 and had an email that they would pick up the tank we were "renting". They never came until Feb of 2024! Now they are billing me for tank rental for 2 years. REALLY !!! I should be charging them rental on my property to store their tank. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Amerigas. On [specific date of payment], I paid over $1300 to fill my generator tank, which is crucial for storm preparations here in *********, *******. Despite being promised a reimbursement check on two separate occasions, I have yet to receive it. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The delivery driver broke the gate protecting our tanks. We reported the damage immediately, emailed the company photos of the damage, and were told to not fix the damage as the company would fix the damage. We have waited 4 months and zero response. No accountability for the damage. Calls are all transferred to outsourced, oversees call centers. If you want to have terrible and frustrating service, hire Amerigas. AMERIGAS INCOMPETENT/UNPROFESSIONAL DAMAGED MY PROPERTY WILL NOT ADRESS THE DAMAGES DROVE THE DELIVERY ?? Amerigas? Cannot speak to anyone in *******! Would not give a price for moving a tank. Was told twice someone would call with a price. No calls ever. Canceled service once due to this and rescheduled another service for relocating the tank. Was told again someone would call with a price. Once again, no call! Technician shows up, ask him he estimates $500. Get the invoice its $1,629.00. Only willing to give $300 off after speaking to the two Philippines people for an hour. By far the worst customer service!!!DO NOT USE THIS **********************!!!!!Our tank has been shut off for 9 months and is plumb full. Somehow they keep putting in $380 worth of propane which is absolutely impossible. Try calling and all you get is someone from *****! Impossible to get someone from ******* to talk to.
