I would like to give them zero star. I have been a faithful customer for over 10 years. How do they show their appreciation:1. By raising their price to double of other companies. 2. Demanding that I fill my tank complete each time I make a purchase 3. Having customer service that literally do not speak English, and I cannot understand any of them. 4. Amerig ass is the most incompetent company I have ever(and I'm 63) delt with. Lie's after lies, service dept. Lost. Manager's lie. Scale 1 to 10 -10 Never late onbill. Open my account. We had been using them for a few years up until recently, they kept telling us that we owed them more money when our bill was paid in full every time they would come. I am posting this review about Amerigas after not receiving any propane gas for an order placed over fifteen days ago. I have made several calls to Amerigas customer service without any avail. Inside temperatures at my house have been between 45 and 47 degrees for the past week. On January 8, 2024, I placed a prepaid residential propane gas delivery request with Amerigas. Fraudulent company lies and deception with every phone call. Pre-paid for my propane and it's been more than 2 weeks with no delivery.
I recently had the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company. In a matter of two days I had to talk with 7 different customer service agents about delivery details. Each one gave me different information and the information given me on my online account was different as well. Considering all the money one pays per year for your service...I would think receiving accurate information is not too much to ask. We have used this company for over 15 years with automatic delivery scheduled. On Dec 28 our tank ran dry and we called for a redelivery. The driver put 40 gallons of propane in our 60-gal tank. In the past this would last 9-10 months. On Jan 19 we were empty again. Less than a month after having the tank 75% filled. On Jan 20 when I got up there was a strong odor of gas in the kitchen. Worst customer service ever - I ordered propane 2 weeks ago with a delivery date that was supposed to be LAST week - but now with a week overdue from Anmerigas delivery , I'm down to 3% gas and when I call for delivery update . with an answering service now in the Philippines - they say that they CANNOT call locally or call dispatch to see where my propane is - and this is on a PREPAID order - disgusted and frustrated and COLD
Worst company ever. Overseas phone reps who don’t know what they are doing or saying. Poor follow up, expensive propane and false promises.
