Almost no domestic customer service. No local communication. Never on time. Nobody you call can help with anything. They take advantage of customers that are in high need of their product and ***** prices. Go with any other propane company than this.

As others have stated already, WORST COMPANY EVER. I won't bother going into the details - just look at the other reviews. Do not sign up for service with this company - go anywhere else - ANYWHERE!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Nothing but apologies. Deliveries late, unauthorized work done to my tank. If I could give them 0 stars I would or even negative stars. Don't waste your time with this company.

This is the worst company to deal with! If you need customer service be ready to be on the phone for an hour if not more and might talk to two people during that time. Use a different company! Beware they should be called ***** Gas not Amerigas! They said they delivered gas and it never was!

0 stars. Every time I need to interact with this company, it is more unpleasant than the previous time. I have had to repeat the same information to 3 or 4 different people all for them to realize they cant help me and need to send me to someone else and start the whole process over. I have sat on hold for 30 minutes to an hour each time I call. There is no urgency to help in emergencies and they do not care about their customers. I rented a home in ***********, ** for six months, an outside gas bottle aready was beside the home which fueled the fireplace. I paid Amerigas to fill the bottle one time and paid for the service. Six months later I moved out of the home. One year later I receive another bill from Amerigas for rental for the gas bottle which was not their tank to begin with, and for additional changes for $247. I see there are many complaints about Amerigas. We need propane, we were at 20some%, now at 3. It's winter. The delivery window is way past and the foreign call center keeps disconnecting my calls. On the phone for 2 hours yesterday, disconnected. Again today - twice disconnected. These people need to be out of business. They own the tanks, we rent them. Message sent to the CEO ******* ***** ( a fellow **********) on 3 FEB 26:Hi ****-Im reaching out as a relatively new client. We started our service earlier this year after having some issues with a local company called National Propane. In short, this is our first Winter as an Amerigas client. My propane tank was down to 5% and when the ice storm hit, we ran out of heat. The company was able to see on their end that we were low and did not even notify us. They then proceeded to charge us a $300 service call fee in order to fill the tank out of our regular delivery schedule. We were without heat for 5 days.
