After getting denied actually ignored form 2 other lenders, I received a call from Amii Jones and I expressed my concerns. She knew what to do from minute 1 and I was comfortable and optimistic that she could make the refinance happen. She ushered the process and it was quick and easy. She made magic happen with my special situation. I am a too flight customer for life. She is extremely knowledgeable and top flight has many resources at their disposal. I am overly satisfied!!!

Exceptional Amie is an exemplary loan officer. Over the past 35 years I have financed or refinanced 3 homes. It’s a tedious and sometimes painful process. Amie walked me through every detail with patience and care. I could not have had a better advocate or coach through the whole process. She always answered my questions/concerns (even when she was on a camping trip). That’s dedication and Top Flite Financial should be very proud to have her.

Amie Jones is amazing! We had already tried working with 3 other companies trying to refinance, however, since our credit was not perfect, they either gave us ridiculous interest rates or said we should fix our credit and call them back. When I first talked to Amie I was already skeptical, but she gave me the most real talk, and truly explained every step of the process. We decided to give her a shot and we are so thrilled we did!!
