Amy was extremely helpful explaining our different scenarios, buyer and seller costs, and our options for re-casting the mortgage once our other home sold. (Re-casting is changing your monthly payment, but not rate or loan period, once the previous home is sold and you want to apply the equity to reduce the new mortgage).
