Our experience working with Sven & Anderson group was amazing and we could not have been more happier with the entire process. We were in the process of buying a new home, selling our existing one and in the midst of all this we had a 3 week international trip planned. The team was very professional, responsive and efficient. They sold the house in record time with multiple offers. Anderson Group was amazing to work with. We met them at an open house months ago, and then they reached out to us asking if we were interested in having a realtor. We said yes and our realtor was very knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process of buying a home before we even started looking. As a first time home buyer, I was intimidated by the whole buying process but Jessica was so patient by educating me throughout the whole process! Her responsiveness and willingness to help goes above and beyond. She is very knowledgeable and put me at at ease but more importantly this wasn’t just a business transaction - she built great relationships with me and everyone involved on the selling and buying side. Adam is an excellent realtor. At first, i am a bit worried because he looked so young. But, he has a lot of knowledge and insight about the market. He provided promptly all information I asked. He gave me detailed information about the houses and the market. So, I could easily understand the market and proper price. He guided me very well to purchase my house without being pushy. It was a pleasant experience to work with Adam.
