Andersen Group Realty (and Ryan, our realtor) demonstrated the utmost professionalism during the search for our first home. They had expansive knowledge of the area and guided us through every step of the way. As first time home-buyers, many parts of the process were intimidating, but it was helpful to have the Andersen team on our side. Would recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Sven and Andersen Group Realty. Shanna, the realtor who I worked with, was extremely professional and made the process of finding my families forever home natural and easy. She would give us weekly updates of houses that would come to the market, she would do comparison analysis of houses my wife and I were interested, if we couldn’t come to an open house she would go on our behalf and video chat us; Shanna would always find time, no matter what time of the day to answer questions we had. This was our first time buying a home and Marie Montieth was our exceptional agent. She was so supportive, patient, and willing to do whatever we needed to find something just right for us. We absolutely never felt pressured and always felt that her input was professional and genuine. It is possible to have a great experience buying a home safely and virtually amidst the pandemic. We are thrilled that we chose to work with Sven Anderson and his agent, Jeff Martin. We found Sven via an online search and, given his high rating, we made an initial inquiry call. Sven himself answered and within a few minutes of talking to him about the area we were looking at and some of the features/criteria we had, we knew he would be a great fit for us. We have bought multiple times and sold working with Marie and everyone at the Anderson Group Realty. We worked with them to buy our first home in 2016 and when we decided to look for a larger house in 2019 (and sell our current home) we knew exactly who we were going to.
