Sven Andersen's team was great. Responsive, very helpful and knowledgeable. We are a two-career couple who were downsizing after over 20 years in our house. The Andersen team connected us with all the right people to clean out our 'treasures', and make quick fixes to the interior and exterior; they saved us an enormous amount of time and angst.

My wife and I really fell in love with a house, and ran into some issues with the fence lines at the last minute. Mariette was all over town looking for papers, setback documents, and all sorts of deed information to make sure we were able to close on the house with confidence. We had previously listed our property with another Winchester Realtor with no results. I then researched what Realtor had the most sales in Winchester during the past year and the Anderson Group came up. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism, support and results. My wife found Sven and the Andersen Team. I was dubious because I saw no reason to involve a Winchester agent who deals in multimillion-dollar homes in a Medford sale.... (I wondered if we were a charity case.) Boy was I wrong!
