Andra listens very closely to your needs/desires. We were very specific in our requirements in type of property/amenities/location. After showing us several properties she knew exactly what we wanted. When she called just before Christmas to tell us that she had found our property, I told her that we were just too busy with the holidays and wanted to wait before seeing the property. Andra skillfully managed our property for five years and then helped us to sell it. While she was property manager for us, we never had to worry about any issues with the house at all. Her communications were always timely and forthright. When it came time to sell, she handled the transaction with great ease and made the complicated process simple for us as we were living overseas at the time.
