I dealt with Andra first as a property manager and ultimately as a Realtor. Living 700 miles from the property, I needed someone I could count on and Andra did not dissapoint. She was very industrious and resourceful in helping me to, to not only maintain my property but to get it ready for market. I have moved many times and sold several homes. She is far and away the best I have ever dealt with.

If ever I have another property to list, I will call Andra. After having listed a property several times with no result (and few showings), I found Andra on Zillow. She is an amazing agent, and everybody should be so lucky as to have her.

It is a very pleasant experience for me to deal with Andra. It only took us only 3 weeks from the initial contact to final closing, which is the fastest purchase that I have ever made. The whole transaction is very smooth. Andra was on top of everything and very responsive even though she broke her angle and shoulder during this process. The negotiation process is extremely pleasant as well, which is much better than I expected. I highly recommend Andra to anyone who wants to sell or purchase a home.

She showed me several homes in the exact descriptions and price ranges I had given her. When I asked to see something totally everything I had said I didn't want, she made it happen with good humor. She provided expert advice but was not opinionated. When I had to go back out of state, she kept me informed about what was happening and consistently acted in my best interest, even sending pictures to let me know a fence had been moved as I had requested.
