Kathy Dreadin made finding and purchasing a home on Pensacola Beach a pleasant experience. First, she found us a home, then made sure we could use a VA loan with it, then proceeded to do execute all the hoops to make sure we were approved for financing. She took on so much. We came down to Pensacola Beach and were working with another agent. Drove down from Virginia Beach expecting to be shown all of the homes and condos we had picked out on Zillow. The team from Top Gun Realty (Andra and Kathy) came in and evaluated my property and helped me come up with a selling price. They professionally staged the house and used a professional photographer to take pictures to show the house in all their ads. From the time I signed the contract until we closed was only 6 weeks. I will use them again when I have a need for Professional Real estate advice or assistance. I highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home.
