I wish there was something just below great because we appreciated all of the help! The biggest issue we had is that bad news kept coming that felt blind-siding: Eric not being able to be on the loan even though we had our taxes checked before hand, not being able to do the 15 year loan, and then having to push the closing back. Luckily, there was communication every step, but the overall experience just felt like we never knew when the other shoe was going to drop, but maybe that’s normal!
