Andrew is very knowledgeable. I contacted 2 other lenders inquiring about the Ohio Heroes program offered by Ohio Housing Finance Agency using a 30yr fixed VA loan, and he was the only one that understood the process. I worked with Andrew by phone and electronically, and everything went as smooth as a baby's bottom. The first time I met him was at closing.

Andrew was excellent to work with, he was very responsive and gave sound confident advice. Going through the whole process was a breeze with Andrew running the show, he helped to walk us through the paperwork and was able to explain the details to us in a way that we would understand and not be confused on. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone that is looking for a house or a refinance option, he is someone that I regularly use for advice in the housing market and he is always willing to help.

Always there. Like always always..! Saturday morning with little time to get your offer on the table and need an address tailored letter from your lender, stating your rock solid financials...? Andrew is there. Sunday evening, you are wondering if its to late to call, or text, or email...but you just have to submit your best and final offer by Monday 12pm, and really need to touch base with your lender..? Andrew was great! He's very professional and explains things easily. He made himself available by cell phone or email during evenings and weekends. The whole home buying process went very smoothly and he responded to our questions quickly.

We were first time home buyers, Andrew went above and beyond to help us get into our new home. Whenever a question came up I could call and get an answer within minutes. 3 months later we still ask questions and get immediate answers. Oir next home loan, will come from wherever Andrew is.
