Andrew's patience, explained everything, genuine, made sense, reasoned, professionalism, great personality, patience, desire to help, he ran the credit analyzer and told me what I needed to do to get my credit rating up from 640 to 703 in less than 4 weeks & More Patience. I cannot say the same for Charlene. She would ask me on multiple times for mat already provided. Lots of duplication. Redundant, frustrating, busy work and tiresome. It interfered with getting my own job done.
