Andrew was very responsive. He came in to our loan process towards the end, but was always quick to respond when we had questions. He did a great job of explaining things in simple terms. We really enjoyed working with him!
Andrew's patience, explained everything, genuine, made sense, reasoned, professionalism, great personality, patience, desire to help, he ran the credit analyzer and told me what I needed to do to get my credit rating up from 640 to 703 in less than 4 weeks & More Patience. I cannot say the same for Charlene. She would ask me on multiple times for mat already provided. Lots of duplication. Redundant, frustrating, busy work and tiresome. It interfered with getting my own job done.
Andrew was great. His team did drop the ball which was a nightmare! If not for Andrew, I would hesitate to recommend KB mortgage.
