Andrew was available in near-real time with insights that added great value and understanding to my first homebuying experience. I wish all the members of the loan process (especially underwriters) had the same level of competence as him as my loan estimates were not correct for most of the mortgage process (specifically with respect to my VA funding fee and accounting for builder credits. Andrew helped me resolve the issues and got me to closing on time.
