Overall, my experience was not the best. While Andrew was decent, other events left a bad taste in my mouth. They seemed to not care about us as humans, but rather a paycheck. I made sure all documents were submitted in a timely manner, even though I would get emails nearly everyday asking for something new. I also asked to be compensated due to the title company not handling our paperwork in a timely fashion and never received anything.

Better Communication, & making me feel like I was only another check for them. We all have problems going on, but making that an excuse is not acceptable. This was suppose to be awesome feeling about us buying our first house ! But Instead We felt miserable about it. I will not recommend anyone to KBHS! If I do I will make sure they don’t work with anyone we had.

Better communication with the buyers and to keep in communication with each other as a team. We were very disappointed with every members phone call we received. They were all a different story as if they were not updating each one another. The more and more as this happened in the process, it did bring apathy to purchasing this home. The times we had many questions we did not have someone to contact due to Mr. Hylton being absent out of town. We never heard from any other crew member during.

We didnt have much communication with Andrew. 98% of our communication was with Charlene Pitre who was amazing!

We switched loan officers and loan processors like 5 times. Also kept getting asked to resend the same things I already did the day prior because no one communicated in the loan processing department. Was very frustrated sent lots of emails about the process and till the very end it kept happing
