Each individual I spoke to at PennyMac was knowledgeable and considerate. Andrew specifically was very helpful. I was able to tell him what our goals were and why we wanted to refinance and he walked me through interest rate options, time it would take to complete a refinance and alternate choices to consider. PennyMac had our home loan previously but this was the first time we worked directly with PennyMac for financing and it was the best home financing experience we've had by far.
Loan took longer than expected but Andrew kept me in the know at all times. Pleased with the service and communication I received and the timely responses.
