Everything was clearly communicated and in the end my refinance was actually better than what was discussed so I saved more per month and received more at closing.

Both Evan and Andrew were great throughout the process. There was a hiccup that caused the first closing date to move last minute, but Andrew was very professional and apologetic for any hiccups. Overall super smooth process, very clear and consistent communication.
Andrew was very helpful. Though there were some glitches along the way, he patiently worked with us to get the loan completed.
