Numbers kept changing a little bit
The process was smooth and my last-minute change was easily accommodated.
Lee Gates began our process and the communication was fine. Once the loan was handed over to andy, the miscommunication and misinformation began. I repeatedly told andy the best method for communication was calling my cell phone directly, but he continued to leave voicemails on my wife's phone. Although he claimed to attempt to reach my cell, no voicemails were ever left on my phone. He would send emails instead of returning phone calls.
