Great experience
It was very easy but there was not a lot of communication after the application was submitted. Tyler was great initially with starting the process but then we recieved one introductory phone call from Penny Mac and nothing after that other than an email stating we could schedule our closing. Would have been nice once we selected a closing date if someone would have called us to confirm and discuss closing process.
Courtney and Andy made my refinance experience so pleasant. I was so excited that I closed on my loan with 3 weeks.
