Great experience, Andy and Joshua Baker was super awesome. Joshua was very Knowledgeable and reassuring during the application process. Outstanding service provided through out the process.
Andy's professionality and communication was immensely appreciated during this process. He was able to communicate effectively with the underwriting team whenever they requested the same documentation multiple times. I appreciated the updates he provided even when there was no change and it was just a waiting game. Overall, having someone like Andy throughout my refinance process made it this a great experience. I found the loan process with the PennyMac Team amazing. Emails were responded to within hours. Questions were promptly and clearly answered. Uploading requested documents was very easy.
Multiple requests for the same documents. We had to contact for what was needed and learned that they were having difficulty seeing the documents clearly. Had to track down money today as the wire transfer did not go through. Took 4 phone calls to get it straightened out with several minutes on hold.

Great experience - entire process was very streamlined.
Overall just a terrible experience because of not getting responses for sometimes days at a time I now have to request refunds from 4 different company’s that are being paid off thru refinance.. I will definitely not be doing anything else with penny Mac from this point forward once I sell my house in coming years.
Most of my communication was with Stephen Toth. I only had one or two contacts with Andy. The experience overall was good.
We couldn’t get the loan we wanted and had manny issues and more than one person to communicate with
