We purchased a 2019 GMC Acadia in the spring and encountered a fuel gauge issue. The gauge would not register full after filling the tank. Brian worked diligently to find the part (not an easy task) and have it sent to the dealership. He was transparent with the issues delaying the shipping of the part and kept the paper work at hand to keep the process moving. He is wonderful to work with and mixes a sense of humor with professionalism. Brian will continue to be my point man in the service department.
