I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for a reimbursement check that was part of my deal. Tons of different excuses from Tyler Frazier and I’ve called/texted over and over with no resolution. I’m having computer trouble with my brand new vehicle. They recommended going to Dreyer&Reinbold for service. Next time I’ll go there to buy instead. I am SO disappointed!

Horrible! I buy a Volkswagen and next day is bad, so I return and supposedly they fix, but no, still bad nd when we return they just say they can make nothing because no has warranty I loss my money ...... horrible, horrible, horrible I no recommend this place for buy a car.

Bait and Switcheroo When you violate Integrity, the deal is off. I searched and found the car I wanted online, started a conversation, found out more details, made an appointment, and visited the dealership to see the car in person. She said, "Let's start with any deal breakers I should be aware of...?" I said that "it must have a manual transmission." Great service, HORRIBLE sales. I continue coming to this service department because they always do a fantastic job, Unfortunately that’s where the customer service stops. While waiting for my car to be serviced I ask to see a vehicle and let them know I’m looking to get a vehicle in the next month or two. (so there’s less pressure for a sale) Any salesman at this point should be at least partially interested in what I’m looking for. Deceptive and Unethical Very deceptive practices from this dealership. I communicated to them that It was a plus 2 hour drive for me and that I wanted to get everything ironed out before making the drive. They rushed and pushed and tried to get me to make the drive. I communicated where I needed to be price wise on the new vehicle and where I needed my monthly payments to be. Very average Experience started out ok but car has an oil leak and dealership won't fix it at there cost! Want to split thr cost with me! This should have not been questioned and fixed without question! I will not recomend or ever buy a car from any Andy Mohr dealership!

Follow through poor Although the process of test-driving and purchasing the vehicle was as expected, I was especially disappointed after the purchase of my vehicle. I was trading in my old car and they couldn't get the license plate off since the guys with the tools had left for the day. My used Chevy truck purchase The truck had a tapping sound in the motor. After I got home and heard it the next day of purchase. They fixed it at the Chevy dealer in Plainfield. Under warranty . They also found a leak in the radiator. Not under warranty. I asked the v w dealer if they would fix that,since I only had it a few days and he said I should have bought the extended warranty.
