RecommendedI absolutely love my experience with Andy Mohr Volkswagon. They always provide outstanding customer service. I recently hit a pot hole and I wasn't sure who to call for roadside assistance. I am glad that I had Jay Layton to call for help. Roadside assistance finally came and took me to another VW dealership. They were not as nice as Avon dealership. Jay called to check to make sure I was being taken care of. RecommendedThe people at Andy Mohr VW were great. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I worked with David O'Keeffe and Mike Reed when I was there and they both worked so hard in making sure that I got the exact car I wanted at a great price even if the car wasn't on their lot. I test drove a jetta on Monday that didn't have the interior color I wanted and these two guys went and got the car I wanted from Kentucky and I had it on Thursady. Great and fast turn around. RecommendedBig shout out to the guys over at Andy Mohr Volkswagen. My girlfriend has been looking to get out of her lease that she currently was in. Not only did they go above and beyond. But they made the whole experience for super relaxed and simple for her. The sales manger Mike and salesmen Jay, Jose, and Nate were all awesome. They definitely care about their customers wants and needs.
