Best experience ever Jay Layton gave me the best car buying experience I could have ever asked for. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He was very kind and patient with me. And even after I decided to purchase the vehicle he made sure my husband and I where very comfortable and offered us beverages while we filled out the lengthy paper work, he was there with us during the whole process. My family and I will definitely be buying our future cars from Jay.

I saw a used vehicle advertised at Andy Mohr Volkswagen. This dealership is two hours away, so I called Saturday morning to make sure they still had the vehicle before I attempted to make the drive. Dan assured me they still had the vehicle, and so we made an appointment to go see it. Everything went well,after we decided to make this purchase we were told only one Key Fob came with the car. Now we will be out an additional $500. Not very good service. They could make one cheaper than that.

I cannot say anything positive about my buying experience here. Paid $5k over blue book to later discover they hid defects, leaving me to cover the repair cost. When I asked for them to correct the issue they basically said “sucks to be you.” In contrast, I was absolutely truthful with all known issues with my trade in. I expected the same courtesy.
Don’t ever have this dealer repair your car. I brought my 2013 VW Passat TDI in for repairs for a fuel leak. Two weeks later my car nearly caught fire because of the leak that was supposed to be repaired. They never call you back. They do not care about you after taking your money for an expensive repair. Get your repair done elsewhere.
