This vet performed a procedure on my pet without consent. They did however inform me after it was performed. I was shocked. It was cytocentesis, where they use ultrasound and a needle to collect urine from the animal. They did not tell me they were going to do it and they certainly did not inform me of the risks associated. There is something seriously disturbing about the way this practice operates. My best friend had been taking her puppy here for the last 6 months, always for routine exams/vaccines, and never had an issue. Based on other reviews, it sounds like the clinic does well for routine visits. But animals get sick, and that’s where things seem to go sideways with their ability to treat ill patients properly. I think it's sad that after losing my dog while under the care of this place, I never received any condolences. Guess this shows how much they really care! At least the checks all clear, right?

RecommendedVery incompassionate people that work there the manager was extremely uncaring when my father passed away and my mother took over for for their dog. After a misunderstanding the manager then called my mom to tell her that they would no longer care for the dog I have never seen a more uncaring individual in my life. If you take your animals here understand that there is no compassion for the owner or empathy for life circumstances very sad and disappointed in this place.

Normally I would not want to write something like this but I feel I need to. We have taken our dog to this clinic for 13 years...and for the most part everyone has always been kind and helpful. But when we really needed them this past weekend we were truly let down. All I asked was for a little compassion for our dog and could not get it. We have been going here for years. I called to try to get my dog in and they said they would return my call and have a vet return my call but never did. Highly disappointed 😢
