Unfortunately I certainly cannot recommend. I got several conflicting information from the staff during the 3 hour visit, and when I called on the phone I was argued with and treated very rudely. The vet who treated our pet couldn't figure a diagnosis, never disclosed exam findings, ran up our bill and charged maximum for the exam totalling well over $400 for what was a simple "cold" (yes they couldn't figure that out!) This vet prays on emotional pet owners! Very vague information provided while our pet was in their care, they push unnecessary VERY EXPENSIVE tests instead of running basic blood test. When asked about the test the technician basically refused because the vet wouldn't agree, no reason given except that they want the few hundred dollar tests ran first!!! Unprofessional and improper cremation services were done on my beloved cat!! It’s a LAW that papers must be signed to perform a cremation on a body, animal or human, and they cremated our cat without us signing any paper, and when we asked the doctor, she told us “we don’t do signatures”. We wanted an autopsy done on our cat after his bladder mysteriously ruptured with no warning signs just hours after a urine test was done by Dr Hoyt, who told us his test results are normal and we can take him home. Committed malpractice on an animal and cremated the animal without permission and without signing any documents for cremation. Later on even tried to cover their tracks. Don’t recommend these insensitive “practitioners”
Do not take your pet here people! My friends cat went in here just for shots & they pretty much killed him! AND THAN CREMATED HIM WITHOUT THE FAMILY'S CONSENT!!!!!!! Keep away people if you love your pet!
How do you give a blood test and a urine test on a perfectly healthy one year old cat and then it dies just hours afterward ? I smell negligence and malpractice !!!! Oh and dare I mention cremating the cat without consent of the owner!!! I absolutely do not recommend this place , they don’t value life or at least don’t admit to their mistakes. Now my cousins family is suffering from incompetence of a vet.
My good friend had a terrible experience and thinks they committed malpractice on her cat and her cat ended up dying after the visit here. Then they cremated her cat without written permission or consent....

They also said she was a little swollen and gave me antibiotics. My son called the next day and said she is struggling to breathe. It was absolutely horrible.
