They did try to lie and cover up their mistake instead of owning up to it. It's a shame the way you handled this. Hopefully other families will learn from this and look into other places to take their family pet to be put to sleep. I give you no stars!

Regretably the day Abbey passed we had run out of clay used for paw prints. Because of timing with the crematorium and pick up of remains, the best we could do was the paper paw prints you were sent with the sympathy note we had written.
