I have been taking my many dogs to ACH for 10 years. Dr. Mendez & her staff have always gone over the top to give professional loving care to each of them. She even went so far as to come to my house to put my Buddy down because he couldn't get up any longer. I have & do recommend them to all my friends & colleagues. You won't find a better place for your pets!
We are so happy with the service at Animal Care. The staff take personal care of Lulu and Cici. If you need any thing for your pets, this is the place to come
Great helpful staff, very cordial and everyone including the doctors make it so easy for you to ask questions. I take all of my 3 pets there and I have 2 dogs that are not sociable so they make sure I can come in and have my dog taken to a room and/out when no other animals are in lobby, I really appreciate that. I would highly recommend this practice.
My Buddy got stung by a bee and is apparently super allergic. He broke out in hives and the whole left side of face was swollen so bad that he couldn't eat. They got us an appointment first thing in the morning. The staff were extremely caring and friendly throughout the entire visit from the receptionist to the vet assistant and the Dr. You can really tell they genuinely care about their patients. If you are looking for a new vet I highly recommend them
Dr Tammy and her staff are the best. They take care of all our needs with our Scarlet. They take the extra steps to explain what needs to be done and what our options are. We feel so lucky to have such a kind caring team working with us.
I took one of my dogs in with a major hip concern and thought because of her age and problem this might be our last visit. After a thorough exam while sitting on the floor with her, Dr. Bennett found that things aren't as bad as I feared and laid out a couple of options for treatment. I always feel I get great care from the staff at Animal Care Hospital. Dr Mendez is so caring and explains any treatment options. I would highly recommend them for your pet's needs!
I recommend Dr. Mendez and her office to all pet parents. Both my hamsters and my rats have been well taken care of here. It is easy to get an appointment and they spend the time needed with each patient. They are compassionate to both animal and human. My first experience with this office is when I had to put my 1st hamster Sheldon down and they were so nice and even sent a sympathy card afterward. Great staff, great doctors! A first class Veterinary clinic! Always caring, going out of their way to be helpful, always making sure everyone is taken care of.
