RecommendedThe professionalism of the people. My dog was sick but still made an impression on the staff. She was treated with the up most care and I think she got spoiled. The staff there are great. The kindness, caring of sick animals, and the gentleness they showed was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hospital to everyone. They saved my girl's life. Our 2 saint Bernards had spay and gastropexy done this week our Molly didn't do so well and when we got her home there was massive bleeding. She was with the people at the AEH for 4 days and 3 nights and they were wonderful! They tolerated this anxious dog mama calling every few hours, even overnight to get updates. Although we had to wait almost three hours, I felt comfortable knowing that my dog was being taken care of and that they were doing everything they could to help her. They kept us in the loop and the staff was super kind and helpful.

Our 7 month Berniedoodle needed emergency surgery. Obviously it was stressful and terrifying for my husband and I to see our little pup in such scary situation. The staff was INCREDIBLE! I had a non-emergency, but couldn’t wait for my regular had an opening due to the circumstances. Dr Longcore was most professional and didn’t give me any impression that I was misusing the emergency services for our pup. She communicated fully regarding the exam she completed and had realistic recommendations for a care plan, but never underestimated or put parameters on what my choices might be for our pet. I appreciated the professionalism displayed by everyone I encountered, and heartily Thank You for your services.
