Get directionsWhen our 16 year old Minpin was hurt we took her here. We knew Lucy was at the end of her life. It was not an easy decision for me. Not at all. But the staff here were caring, gentle, patient and informative. They let me stay with her till the end and beyond. Thank you.
This place is top of the charts! I rarely come into contact with such outstanding customer service. I called for a lot of updates and they were so pleasant! They also let me have a private room to visit my cat when he had to stay for several nights. By far the best pet experience I have had! The vet called me with any changes in the care plan, and made sure we both agreed on things.
Best practice ever. No complaints. Kind, compassionate and understanding with every visit we made. Maureen Moss Port Deposit, MD Rest easy - Scooter, Bella and Kiki
If you need an ANIMAL Emergency VET, the Animal Emergency Hospital in Bel Air (Bel Air rd across from Goodwill) is AMAZING! Roxy had an accident and sliced her paw open. Rushed her up there and they had her fixed up and ready to go in 2 hours. The vet was extremely helpful and understanding. THEY ARE STRICTLY EMERGENCY ONLY, so no appointments and it must be an emergency! They were extremely reasonable! For sutures, exam, bandaging, medication, and exam... $225!!! This was with a mild sedative to calm her down! I love my vet... read more
You guys are very knowledgeable about Foster's seizure disorder. I am usually very happy with you when we have to come there. This last time however you weren't paying attention and he chewed out his catheter. If he had time to do that he had time to have a seizure without notice. That leaves me concerned. I will still bring him to you, but I will call and I will make my concerns clear.
I was exceptionally pleased with the care and consideration they showed both me and my dog. During this time of Covid I wasn’t happy about not being able to go in with my dog ( he is a rescue and 10 yo) because he’s scared of everything. But once they came out to my car I knew immediately by their demeanor how caring and gentle they would be with him. The women I spoke to on the phone were so kind and kept me up to date on what was happening. I highly recommend them for any time my regular vet isn’t available!
Thank you once again for a wonderful experience during a terrifying time. 3 years ago you all took care of my sweet Penny girl and today I picked up my baby Gus after having emergency surgery for foreign body removal. I cannot express my gratitude for all the hard work you are doing and the patience and compassion given when talking to me during what seemed like 100 calls checking in. Everyone from the techs to the doctors were just so nice and helpful. I hope and pray to never have to see you all again but I’m comforted to ... read more
Lobo was hit by a car. He is a large yellow lab. I believe their triage system worked. They called us shortly after we arrived and told us Lobo would be staying with them. They took good care of his wounds and communicated with us. I called one morning at 4 AM and the vet spoke with me. They even sent me pictures of Lobo in their care/
Everyone was wonderful when dealing with my dog Dino! They were very caring and treated Dino as if he were their own.
