RecommendedI had a wonderful experience with Animal Emergency Hospital despite the craziness of social distancing and the mandatory protocol. I had to take my puppy around midnight on a Friday/Saturday. Due to the Coronavirus protocol, I was not able to go into the building with my puppy, (which had me ugly crying in the car), but the staff kept him comfortable and happy! I give the entire staff 5 stars. This was my first time having to take my 11 year & 5 month male cat to them for an emergency treatment. They made me feel calm and secure with their handling him and his problem. Dr. Cynthia J. Willer worked with me 100% in administering to his needs, the best that I could afford. I will recommend Animal Emergency Hospital to everyone for their pets emergency needs.

Had a very bad day of Friday May 1. Had to put my Shepard done due to cancer. This was done at my regular Vet. Then 10pm at night, my Rottie starts to have blood in her urine. My nerves were not at their best. Dr King and the staff was very professional, understanding to my concerns. Nikki stayed the night and had wonderful care, as usual. This is the only emergency Vet that I will go to. Thanks to Dr King and the staff for making a horrible day/night not any worse. Thank You.

I happen to have luck finding animals in need. Yesterday I found a second crow with a broken wing within two years. I’ve taken both to the AEH for care and they do end up transporting them to pheonix wildlife sanctuary which was closed when I found him so they agreed to take him in. I’ve taken my own pets here or been here with others. I love this hospital. I could see how busy and stressed the employees were during this pandemic. The staff is AMAZING! Our dog Bailey suddenly got ill during all the Covid mess and they made sure to always keep us in the loop. Once she was home I called back a few times for a second opinion and they always made it like we were their main priority. Unfortunately, within 2 weeks our baby girl crossed the rainbow bridge. The team at Animal Emergency Hospital went above and beyond to ensure that our girl could come home to us! Our dog, Bella, was there for 6 days during the Coronavirus quarantine restrictions and the staff did everything they could to keep her comfortable and ease our worry...including allowing us to FaceTime every day since in-person visits weren’t permitted. Absolutely recommend, Vet abd Vet Techs very friendly and empathetic which is so important. Due to Covid virus you can’t go in but they kept me updated and even sent me pictures of him which helped relieve my worries.

Thank you so much to the doctor's and staff! My little guy, Max, cut himself from one side to the other busting through a fence. It took 4 surgeries over a week's time and lots of meds. It was touch and go for a while but the doctors and staff were so patient with him and also answered any questions day or night! Almost 3 weeks later he finally got his stitches out! Once his fur grows back we probably won't even be able to tell that he was ever injured. so grateful that they helped us with this emergency!
