RecommendedThe staff and vets at Animal ER are wonderful. Over the past 10 years they have been kind and caring for my special needs pets and are very compassionate. You can’t ask for a better group of vets and techs in time of need. Whether it’s a simple ear infection or advanced kidney disease they provide the best ER care.

The staff and medical personnel were very loving and kind to our Luna Kitty during her final days. When it was Luna's time, they cared for us just as well as they did for her. My wife and I can't thank them enough for the compassion and kindness they gave us, and the love and kindness they showed our girl. While none of us are happy about the outcome, we all know that every measure was taken to ensure Luna had the best chance at making a recovery. Unfortunately, cancer is just a monster. I just have to give a huge shout out, & thank you, to this hospital for their wonderful care & knowledge. My daughter’s newly rescued puppy fell seriously ill 2 days after she took him home. They took such great care of Sarge, treated him so well it was obvious of their love for animals. Unfortunately, Sarge had a relapse, & had to visit again. I can not thank this office enough for the kindness and compassion they showed to me and my family during a difficult time. It was our first visit to this vet and was greeted in a friendly manner. The waiting area was clean and spacious and I was placed at ease by everyone I encountered. Unfortunately we had to put our beloved dog down but the outpouring of care and concern is unmatched and a thank you just doesn’t do justice. Comfort Zone is 100% positive. Veterinarians feel like family. A beautiful building and very clean. I trust them with my furchildren, when they need to be there. I could go closer to home but prefer Animal Emergency Hospital.

The facility is impressive and very clean. The receptionists are responsive to requests, the techs are gentle and kind, and the doctors are pleasant, caring, and very competent. What more could a patient want? These people saved my cat's life last year and remembered her when I took her in last night. I feel secure knowing that this level of care is available to me at all times.

A visit to an Animal Emergency Hospital is never something you choose to do. But the staff here is considerate and compassionate; prices are reasonable; waiting times are also reasonable even when crowded. Our pet has completely recovered from his experience. And every animal we shared the waiting room with went home that night.
