This place is the best. They are very comforting and actually care. I called a few times to check on our Harley, who had to have his tail amputated due to a cyst, and they were fine with that. They didn't treat me like I was a bother. The staff is wonderful asks I think their prices are reasonable as well. We had another cat, Coco, that I had to bring in two years ago and unfortunately he passed on. An amazing, compassionate experience today during an otherwise tragic time for my wife and me. I called this afternoon and spoke to a receptionist, Shannon, relaying to her that I had a very ill male panther chameleon who needed to be euthanized due to advanced kidney failure. I was in a bit of a panic, because I knew that exotic vets are hard to come by, and it was after closing time for mine. I know I did not get to bring my furbaby back home due to bloat. But the Dr and all the workers were great to work with and had the BIGGEST hearts I have ever seen. My daughter's dog was hit by a car a few months back and left on the side of the road. A kind passers-by saw him and took him to the AEH. Unfortunately, he had to be put to sleep. The vet and everyone else working were so kind to my hysterical daughter. They were compassionate and let her say her good byes privately. They also sent her a card in the mail.
We cannot say l thank you enough to everything you all did for our sweet Dakota! Truly amazing care, highly recommended!!
