They were so kind and helpful when we brought our dog in today to treat a bite from another dog. They took Jingo right away, kept me updated over the phone, and her stitches/wound look so much better. Made it very easy when we were very upset.

My 3 month old pit bull had a small gash on her head. They cleaned her up nicely and since she didn't need stitches, it was free! What a great gesture that made my day. Thanks for everything.
Unfortunately my fur baby had to make an overnight visit a few weeks ago. The staff was more than accommodating when we called every 3 hours for an update. When he wouldn't eat for them they allowed me to come in and try. I was able to take him home after he cleaned a bowl of food right away while in the comfort of his human. My little kitty, Mo, was sick with a urinary block. I was distressed and nervous because I have never had to take a pet for emergency services before. From the first phone call, they were kind and helpful. This kindness and helpfulness lasted throughout the two days he was admitted and the several phone calls in between.
