Excellent place to take your furbaby. We may have to travel a bit, but I would not trust my babies to anyone else.

Business response:

Hi Margaret, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We care so much for the animals our clients bring in and appreciate you traveling the extra mile to bring your pet to us in the case of an emergency.

Love Dr Walters and the receptionist at the front . Very patient and kept their sense of humor thru the Christmas Eve crowd . We had to go back again today with DJ and despite the charges we love the service we received . Dr Walters is the Best !!!! Happy New Year Ya All !! Keep up the amazing work !!!

My husband and I had to bring our cat in for a urinary problem. He ended up needing surgery which went well and let us come visit him in the back area every day while he was recovering. I know that was a hassle for them, but we never heard a complaint about it. He is almost back to his normal self now and only five days post-op. We are so grateful for the staff here that made him better.

My 15 yr old doggie ate a boatload of chocolate and was severely bloated.....must say that she was taken care of with great care at this facility...everyone was friendly and I never seemed to bother anyone (which is my exp at other places). Was invited to call anytime to check on my pooch. Needless to say - she is at home and doing great....Thanks all for caring!

I love this hospital. They are kind and professional. The vets there give you options and leave it up to you if you decide to follow. My German Shepherd ate a Rabbit and was throwing up. An Xray was recommended and I said yes. No rabbit bones but they did find out she had an enlarged spleen. I followed up with my vet. I hope I never have to go to an emergency vet hospital but this is my go to place in an emergency.
